GHOREPANI HOT SPRING TREK HIGHLIGHTS:
The Ghorepani Hot Spring Trek is a relatively easy walk that winds through Gurung villages and dense Rhododendron forests. It offers one of the best viewpoints of the Himalayas. This trek takes place in the villages of Ghorepani and Tatopani, both of which are famous for their stunning views of snow-capped peaks. Additionally, Tatopani provides an opportunity to relax and enjoy natural hot spring water.
During the Ghorepani Hot Spring Trek, you’ll witness the majestic Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Annapurna (8,091m), Fishtail (6,997m), Annapurna South, Himchuli, and other famous mountains. The best time to visit for this trek is during the autumn and spring seasons when the rows of Himalayan mountain peaks are covered by a blanket of impeccable white snow.
The Poonhill Hot Spring Trek begins at Nayapul, which is about a one-hour drive from the beautiful city of Pokhara.

ITINERARY:
The Ghorepani Hot Spring Trek is a popular hiking route in the Annapurna region of Nepal that takes you through stunning landscapes, traditional villages, and natural hot springs. This trek is perfect for those who are short on time but still want to experience the beauty of the Himalayas.
Day 1: Drive from Pokhara to Birethanti (1025 m) and trek to Hille (1460 m).
Our trekking guide will pick you up from your hotel at 7 a.m. and then drive from Pokhara to Birethanti, which takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes. From there, you will start your trek to Hille, which takes around 3 to 3.5 hours. Along the way, you will pass through lush green forests, cross rivers and streams, and enjoy the beautiful views of the Himalayan mountains. Once you reach Hille, you can relax and explore the village.
Day 2: Trek from Hille (1460 m) to Ghorepani (2860 m)
Today’s trek will take you from Hille to Ghorepani, a journey of around 5.5 to 6 hours. You will pass through beautiful rhododendron forests, cross suspension bridges, and climb up steep staircases to reach the village of Ghorepani. This is a great place to rest and admire the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Day 3: Trek from Ghorepani (2860 m) to Sikha (1935 m)
After breakfast in Ghorepani, you will start your trek to Sikha, which takes around 3.5 to 4 hours. The trail takes you through dense forests and past waterfalls before reaching the charming village of Sikha. Here, you can explore the village and interact with the locals to learn more about their way of life.
Day 4: Trek from Sikha to Tatopani Hot Spring (1190 m)
Today’s trek takes you from Sikha to Tatopani Hot Spring, a journey of around 3.5 to 4 hours. Along the way, you will pass through beautiful farmland and small villages before reaching the natural hot springs at Tatopani. You can take a dip in the hot springs and relax your muscles after the long trek.
Day 5: Trek from Tatopani to Beni and Drive to Pokhara
Today is the last day of your trek. You will trek from Tatopani to Beni, which takes around 2 hours, before taking a minibus back to Pokhara, which takes around 2 to 2.5 hours. On the way, you can enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside and reflect on your amazing trekking experience in the Annapurna region.
