ITINERARY:

Day 1: Pokhara via Peace Stupa to Kala Bang (1460m):

Our trekking adventure kicks off with your guide picking you up from your hotel. The day begins with a delightful walk to Fewa Lake, where you’ll embark on a boat ride across its serene waters. This picturesque journey sets the stage for the trek. Upon reaching the other side, a scenic ascent awaits as you make your way up to the iconic Peace Stupa. This vantage point offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna Range, Fewa Lake, and the Pokhara Valley. The day concludes with a stay at Kala Bang, providing a tranquil setting to rest and prepare for the days ahead.

Distance: Walk from Fewa Lake to Kala Bang. Altitude: Varies (starting from Pokhara at approximately 820 meters). Time: approximately 4-5 hours, including the boat ride and trek to Kala Bang. Views and Highlights: Stunning views of Fewa Lake, Annapurna Range, and Pokhara Valley from Peace Stupa.

Day 2: Kala Bang to Panchase Bangjang (2066m)

Wake up to the crisp mountain air and begin your trek from Kala Bang to Panchase Bangjang. Be prepared for a day of captivating natural beauty as the trail unfolds through verdant forests, picturesque villages, and terraced fields. Given the absence of eateries along the route to Panchase Bangjang, ensure you carry a packed lunch for sustenance. Bangjang, your overnight stop, sits amidst nature’s grandeur, providing a peaceful retreat surrounded by the beauty of the Himalayas.

Distance: Trek from Kala Bang to Panchase Bangjang. Altitude: Varies (Panchase Bangjang is around 2,070 meters). Time: approximately 5–6 hours. Views and Highlights: Scenic landscapes and traditional villages.

Day 3: Panchase Bhanjyang to Bhadaure (1,670m)

Today’s trek meanders through a mix of forests, terraced fields, and traditional Gurung and Brahmin villages. Descend to Bhadaure, offering opportunities to explore the village and engage with the amiable locals. Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance and local culture. The day’s trek covers an approximate walking time of 6 to 7 hours.

Day 4: Bhadaure to Australian Base Camp (1900m):

Trek from Bhadaure to the Australian Base Camp at 1900 meters. Traverse through the enchanting landscapes, weaving through lovely villages and lush forests along the Australian Camp trail. The journey unfolds like a story, revealing the cultural richness of the region. Upon reaching the Australian Base Camp, situated amidst the clouds, be prepared to be mesmerized by the panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges. An overnight stay at the tea house offers a tranquil retreat, allowing you to soak in the serenity of the Himalayan scenery.

Day 5: Australian Base Camp to Dhampus, then drive to Pokhara:

Embark on a scenic downhill walk to Dhampus, winding through verdant forests and picturesque villages. Marvel at the natural beauty that surrounds you as you descend. The trek concludes with a journey to Phedi, followed by a drive back to Pokhara. This final leg offers a seamless transition from the mountainous landscapes to the lakeside city, marking the end of an unforgettable trek filled with awe-inspiring views and cultural delights.
